In the process of finishing up a j swap on my eg hatch but I can’t get her to fire. I have a p1607 code. I have spark but my injectors aren’t spraying. I seem to have power but not ground at the injectors. I’ve sprayed carb cleaner in the vacuum port of the intake manifold and it fired when I did that. Also when I clear the code it comes right back. Not sure if it’s a computer issue, a ground issue, or wiring issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Also forgot to mention that fuel pump turns on and I have fuel up to the rails. The injectors just aren’t getting ground for some reason
