Default 2000 EX sedan w/ d16y7, what exhaust is compatible?

Picked up a 00 EX sedan with a non-vtech d16y7 swap (originally d16y8 vtec). From what I can tell, it doesn't look like the exhaust systems are interchangeable (previous owner sold it with a horrible custom fab). Anyone know if theres a compatible full exhaust kit for my application, or do I need to piece things together from different models / custom fab? TIA

00 EX sedan, just noticed it's a actually a y8 vtec head on a y7 block. are y8 exhaust kits still compatible?

Does it have the Y7 exhaust manifold as well?

Any catback intended for an EX/Si coupe or sedan will fit right. If you have the Y7 manifold/cat on it, you will need to use a test pipe to make up for the extra length where the EX/Si catalyst would normally be.

false alarm, i just noticed it's a y8 head on a y7 block. appears to have a stock y8 exhaust back to the cat, so i assume y8 catback kits are the way to go

is there any way to delete this thread?
