I'm a newbie to fourm topic discussion I'm at a loss back ground all my life I've been a mechanic 30 plus years no formal higher education I'm not asme cert I know cars trucks drilling rigs every thing I know is welding mechanic Im illiterate to technical terminology everything is touch feel smell see diagnostic mechanic another words I'm a 44 yr old 90yr old mechanic and I'm self learning autotronics simple I'm not a dummy we it comes to car mechanics now introductions now sitrep problems purchased 07 Honda Accord from used car dealer dealer stated damage to column during repo seller said car was set to dealership in town said column was factory spec replaced new key programed synced to ECU immob contract signed all said and done upon further inspection with my ancel 6 service computer vgi hooked to obdii dianog port scanned every thing come back system connection failure the only module accessable is immob module I can program only level iii keys no hot functions no service resets no connection to any computer functions except immob now six different ECU con figs make models in my drive six different cars with this computer I can do every thing except ECU overwrite please explain to me why nothing can be accessed except immob on this 07 accord
