Im in the process to paint my engine bay.
Im trying to remove the battery support but all 3 bolts have rusted/rounded/deformed heads,
What would you suggest
After you PB Blaster them for a couple of days you can try bolt extractors. They will bight into the rounded heads. You might snap the bolt head off or you will get the bolt out, one of the two.

The same thing happened with one of my battery tray bolts. I tried a similar type of bolt extractor from Amazon and it just stripped the head of the bolt more, making it more rounded. So next I’m going to try having someone weld something to the top of the bolt to turn it. Or dremmeling the top of the bolt head to form a slot on it then try a screw driver bit in a socket with a ratchet.
Let me know what works for you. Someone also suggested torching the bolt until it melts, but the problem is the wiring harness is right there.
I always hammer the bolt extractor socket onto the bolt. That is how I prevent it from just "rounding" it further. It tends to slip if you don't hammer it on.

Thanks for the info. I’ll try that before welding something to it.
