No start issue
92 accord ex 4cyl auto 308k
would stumble on startup then smooth out until one day quit starting. Checked fuel pressure and had 38-40psi. Thought coil was bad(tested incorrectly)and replaced. Still no start. Replaced ignition control module. Still no start. Retested fuel pressure, now have none after verifying fuel pump relay clicks. Thought maybe clogged fuel filter ( in process of replacing but damaged a fuel line that I now have to repair). Accidentally turned key on and fuel came out of disconnected line. Do I have a fuel pump that is failing or maybe a failing ignition switch. Not sure what to do next. Thanks

Main relay under the dash is a well documented no start/intermittent start issue with these Accords.
Check YouTube for Accord main relay fix, if I remember correctly Eric the Car Guy has a really good Main relay fix video.
That's a place to start anyway.

The issue is usually related to a cracked/cold solder joint on the PCB as you have shown. Try wetting the suspect joints with a soldering iron and see if that fixes your problem.
Update, got car to start today, may have hooked a wire on ignitor wrong previously. However either my fuel pressure gauge broke or I have low fuel pressure as it is only showing like 12lbs. Would it run with that low of pressure, and if so could that be why it idles like garbage and is throwing a code 10. Also is it possible that relay is only partially working?
