Default P0341 After Timing Belt Change

I just changed the Timing Belt and after putting the car back together it idled real rough and stalled threw a code of P0342 did some research and someone else had the same issue, turns out they were off 1 tooth on the front cam. I took mine apart and low and behold 1 tooth off. I readjusted the belt, put it back together and it starts perfect no issues. That is until it gets to 3000 RPM then it throws code P0341. I took it apart to be sure I didn't go off on the back cam and all looks great, TDC all the way around. It doesn't idle rough it doesn't hesitate at all. I cleared the code and let it idle for a while and no code, drove it through the neighborhood and as soon as I hit 3000RPM CEL comes on with the P0341 code. I cleared the codes again and drove it a few miles making sure not to go over 3000 RPM and no code. But as soon as I hit 3000 RPM I get the CEL and the code is always P0341. Is it possible the the sensor just happened to go bad at the same time or is there something else I need to be looking for?
