Built and boosted 97 prelude. When driving, if I throw it in neutral before a stop sign or stop light, the rpm will sometimes drop way below idle and sometimes will die if I don't pedle the throttle. It's frustrating because I can't concentrate on just stopping and then going, I have to make sure it doesn't die. I have cleaned the idle control valve, fresh plugs and oil frequently, around 400 hp. I love this car, lol. This is the final issue with it and it will be 100% dialed. Thanks in advance.

And also, my plug gap is .024? Maybe wrong gappage?

Nope..figured it out this evening.. kind of stupid, but my spark plug gap was .024, I changed it up to .029. Baddaboom, fixed.
