Just finishing up a B18b1 swap from a 98 into my 93 eg hatch. Used civic car harness, the 98 integra engine harness and a PR4 obdi ECU. Car fired up right, so I bled the cooling system. However I have one problem, I am trying to calibrate the TPS and all I get is 0.028V. Checked green ground wire to ground have continuity, yellow wire has 5V. TPS was brand new but thought it was the problem. So I got another one, hook it up same 0.028V? Not sure what to do, any guidance would be appreciated.
