Recently bought a 2004 Honda Accord with a j23 swap, off the start the car wouldn't hit v tec. It would go up to 4500 rpms and would give out. The previous owner claimed it just needed a upstream 02 sensor. We replaced the 02 sensor, spark plugs and coil packs we also put on the stock intake because the cold air intake the car had, Had a massive hole in it. After all the car started feeling a little better but still wouldn't hit v tec help anyone ?
