Will b16 axles from a crx fit in dx hatch?
Hi.
I'm possibly going to buy a b16a1 from a guy who is doing a k swap. Everything seems to be included but unsure if the axles will fit. The engine was originally in a crx (possibly an EE8 edm) that now sits in an ED sedan. I'm then wondering if those axles would fit in an ED6 dx hatchback?

If it fits in the sedan, then it'll fit in the hatch (as I recall). Only hubs I think didn't work with those axles were the 4spd base hatchbacks (needed Dx or si hubs). Bear in mind, this stuff was second nature to me 12yrs ago, but my mental archives have been overwritten by Corvette/LS stuff...lol. The deal with the original B16 cars with OEM axles/mounts, was the engine sat higher. Hasport dropped the motor and this is where the DA axles came into play. If you keep the combo the sedan has though, I don't see why it wouldn't work just fine with your hubs.
