Hi, I was removing and cleaning the intake manifold and throttle body assembly when I broke the top off the valve pictured. I can't find what it is. Can someone help? It is the one that is supposed t have two hoses attached. One goes to the air intake

 

Sort of a cold start fast idle valve and it is really expensive. We covered this about a year ago with part numbers. Search the CR-V sub for my username.

I removed the tubing to and from the valve, with no noticeable change in the way the engine runs. You just need to plug the nipple on the manifold and the nipple on the air cleaner. These valves break all the time. They should have been made out of metal.
