Just bought a 2011 Accord LX and I had issue with the OBD port , but weird thing is the car passed state inspection just last month and The OBD port would have to be plugged in when Emission inspection was done.

i tried my OBD unit and it doesn’t seem to connect , this OBD unit connects with no issue to my 2011 VW and 2018 Hyundai ..

I would like to know where and which fuse is used for the OBD port or DLC

another question I have , I have all the paperwork work done by Honda dealership and what does this mean ??

that sentence “ would have vdriven....etc” I was like hur

maybe some Honda tech at a dealership knows what this sentence meant ??
