New Exhaust Manifold Glowing Red
I have a brand new catalytic converter/exhaust manifold mounted onto my D17A1 and after idling for a few minutes, when there's no light, it's slightly glowing red.
I've read that new catalytic converters can get really hot for the first half hour or so but is this normal for a brand new one to get *that* hot? Is it still "breaking in"? Any advice would be appreciated
