Front coilover hole can i make it a hair bigger

Damn ok it's just a daily not doing to much to car but I got coil overs and the adjuster screws at the top of coilovers bump the side of hole like a hair

Ohhhh that is just a rubber cap, remove it or pop a hole in it.
