Default Identify weird plastic strip with Mugen style spoiler

Ordered a Mugen style wing and it came with these plastic strips. Anyone have any idea on what I should do with them. Car is a 2000 LX sedan.

You take a look at the wing to see if it goes somewhere?

Those look like drilling locator tabs. You simply insert one into each hole on the bottom of the wing with the tabs perpendicular with the wing edge... so that once you have the wing on the trunk lid in the appropriate place, you can tape down both ends of the tab to the trunk lid or body. Then you carefully remove the wing so that you do not disturb the placement of these tabs. Then you can drill through the opening in the middle of the part that is sticking up (previously installed in the threaded holes of the under side of the wing) with a small drill bit to make a pilot hole. Once all holes are drilled, you can remove them and increase the size of the holes to the necessary size of the threaded holes in the wing.
