So I have a B16A swapped 1996 EK civic and two of the motor mounts are shot. The vibrations in the car are unreal.

1. What kind of motor mounts should I get (solid vs OEM)? I don't mind a little vibration but this will be a daily driver (30+ mins of driving)
2. Do I get B16 mounts even though the EK had the D16 in it? Does it matter? Do I need to get an adapter bracket?

Solid motor mounts are really harsh; I swapped mine out for rubber ones. Get the mounts for a 99-00 Si.

 

All 3 motor mounts for the Si?

 

I guess I assumed you had a B-series manual transmission?

Yeah, it's usually the 2 'torque' mounts ('lower' mounts) that go out.

 

There's 5 total, 2 torque mounts, transmission, rear and driver side.

 

The Torque mounts for the '99-00 Si are different from those found on the other 6G Civics... so if torque mounts are what you need to replace, get the ones from a '96-00 Civic EX. The remaining three mounts should be replaced with ones from the '99-00 Civic Si as stated by NukeNinja above.
