More of an FYI than anything else.

I have a 1990 Civic Sedan with an auto transmission. Had a horrible shake that happened at idle. Saw where several others with Auto tranny’s had the same thing and no one could figure it out. I had cleaned out the idle air control valve and replaced engine mounts to no avail. On a hunch from a friend who owns a transmission swap I converted to a manual. Smoothest idle I have ever felt. So if you have an auto… Don’t rule out the transmission.
