Default Connecting an iPhone to 1999 Honda Accord

Looking for the best way to do this. I know I can replace the entire head unit with something modern (I'd love suggestions on that). But that's expensinve.

The adapter methods I've seen involve taking over the CD changer port (Enfig, Crux, Yomikoo) I've not found one where I can do audio -and- charging using a single USB cable. Is there such a beast?

What do y'all recommend?

If you got one of those Lighter plugs, you can get a Car Lighter FM Radio to Bluetooth Transceivers. Thats actually exactly what I do with mine. You just change your car radio to the Station shown on the device and bluetooth away. Even has a USB Charging port depending on the model.

Yes, I've tried a few different of those, and I always encounter either a weak signal or interference from
other stations. But thank you.
