Default Timing Adjuster Seals Question

Hi Everyone. Resurrecting a 3-year-old H22A4 engine rebuild. I am coming across the timing adjuster and balance adjuster portion of the install. There are two seals (one each) that I have not seen many people change out or make reference to change out. Can a machine shop help me change out the seal if the seal is needing to be changed? They are the orange/reddish colored circles in the photos below.

Those are just part of the tensioner assemblies and not meant to be individually replaced.

So clean off with brake cleaner and reinstall

That's a sealed bearing (similar to a wheel bearing). Do not remove the seal.
