Hey all. Gonna have my head gasket changed soon. I been making so good money recently and figured why not. Still planning on getting another car but I really wanna keep this one.


Head Gasket brand suggestions? Got a 95 accord LX. I wanna make sure I get a good quality one but I dont think I can go oem rn because its kinda pricy.

 

Fel-pro. They are probably the best OEM alternative.

 

Multiple layer steel is the only way to go. Ishino Stone part no 88135WH is OEM for the 2.2 and they really aren't that expensive online.

 

I can't say if it is the best or not, but i used a fel-pro on mine and have NO complaints about price or fitment or quality. Used their gaskets for intake and exhaust manifold as well as random seals throughout and all fit great and were of very good quality.
