Default 2013 Accord won’t run after timing belt replaced

I have a ‘13 Accord EXL with a 3.5l vetch. After replacing timing belt it starts but runs roughly. All timing marks are lined up. Is there something I’m missing that would cause this?

Why did you replace the belt? Was it maintenance or did the old belt break?
The crank sprocket may have a dot and an arrow on it, can you verify that the arrow is lined up with the arrow on the block and that the cams are also lined up?

V6 timing belt still needs to be replaced. 4 cylinders had a timing chain, which is not what the original poster has.
