Are Hondas the cheapest and easiest cars to mod to be fast? I cannot think of any other cars that can be modded cheaply for big power other than Hondas, from a price to performance perspective, like for 10k you could build a insane EG or EK, but if you were to spend 10k on some other cars you will most likely not be as fast as the $10k civic
