Default OBD1 P72 internal diagram needed

Im having issues with my TPS going bad repeatedly. This is on a 2000 integra, all stock except the ECU. Previous obd2 ecu was dead and only had access to OBD1. Car runs and drives fine most of the time until these intermittent TPS issues occur. I have checked the wires, the connections at the ecu and conversion harness, and the sensor. Still i am getting rpm hunting between 1500 and 2200 rpm along with other various symptoms of a bad TPS. A new TPS seem to fix the problem but only temporarily. Depending on the brand of sensor it will work fine for 2 weeks to 2 months and then fail again. I havent been using OEM sensors because i cannot find one that isnt in rough shape. I would like to go through the circuit board of my ecu to see if i can find any damage to the trace or capacitors if there are any in that circuit. TPS is getting 5v consistently and putting out .48 to 4.49 depending on throttle plate position with no dead spots. Any help would be appreciated but would like a diagram or atleast a circuit number for the TPS.
