In the UK, the 6 gen civics has one piece pressed steel front lower control arms, whereas the 5 gen EG has two piece cast steel. My ej6 has two piece cast even though its a 6 gen so if I wanted to get uprated front lower control arms, will the EG ones fit as there is no listing for 6 gen two piece uprated arms? Otherwise it would be a case of changing them over to pressed steel and then having to change the roll bar and suspension forks.

lowend ej6 come with 2pc lcas, some high performance models come with 1pc like the ctr and si.

 

I know this, but do the EG two piece lca's fit the ej6 or is the ej6 two piece different?

 

what do you mean by uprated?

edit: have you looked at hardrace? They might have a set for your gen. Pretty sure they do.

 

Ones with hardened rubber, like hard race as you mentioned. They do a ej6 specific front lower control arm - the EG version will not fit.
