Default 2000 Accord SE - Leak in trunk- is there a drain in the trunk?

I had water leak in the trunk over time and didnt know it. After watching this video
, I chipped away the old dried seam sealer and re sealed the seams on both sides with POR Patch and thought I had it. But its back again.

This is what the seams looked like before I chipped it all off and re sealed.

and the re seal job

and a pic of what its doing again after nearly a full week of rain while mostly parked in the drive

The trunk weather insulation was going to be my next replace but wanted to check with this forum first. I noticed body panel plugs in the bottom of the trunk and wondered if one was supposed to act as a drain or not. Anyone know?
