Xadv, keyless ignition dead. Any suggestions?

Xadv, keyless ignition dead. Any suggestions?
The battery is charged. The keyless fob, although green and red leds light up fails to light up ignition. Only light under seat shows power is OK. Bike was left out in torrential rain for 24 hrs 3 weeks ago. Been unresponsive since. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.
