Default 2008 Civic Dx SEDAN OVERHEATING

Hey what’s up y’all i drive a 2008 civic dx sedan and im currently having this overheating issue 2 months ago it would heat up on me with 2 hours of just driving with in highways no hills just normal roads and i put brand new DEALER TEMPERATURE SENSOR, COOLING FAN, THERMOSTAT & RADIATOR and seems to have been driving just fine till YESTERDAY driving my car to LA it started heating up on me and it seemed like it would just be when im going uphill and what i would do is put my air on heater and thats how it would stop it from heating more & more(gauge would go down to normal) and right before heading back home mind you it was a 3hr(6hrs together) drive anyways I checked coolant level and it was LOW i wanna say i had to put at least 1 bottle and a half of coolant but i see no coolant leaks besides the normal A/C leak from using the a/c… ANY IDEAS OR HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. If you need any kind of information please ask i dont mind answering if it helps you to give me an answer! THANK YOU!!!!
