1999 honda crv shuts off while driving

Icon5 1999 honda crv shuts off while driving

i have a 1999 honda crv that just started shutting off on me while driving..it does not spit an sputter it just dies like it losses power..ill have to sit for a few minutes and sometimes it will crank back up..sometimes it wont like its starving for gas.yes itll have gas in it and yes my gage works..sometimes when it dies i can throw it in N turn my key on an off and then try to start it an it works sometimes it leaves me on side of the road for 30 mins..

Sounds like main relay or ignitor.

I had the same issue with a CRV 1998, decided to clean out the entire engine wiring harness and connectors; check out and fix all opens as well..its been a 3 month project so far, am waiting to test run soon...good luck...!
