2001 Honda Accord Manual Swap help
So I finished swapping my F23A1 to a manual and reprogramed the PCM and hooked up the neutral safety switch, but the issue I'm having is when I try to crank over the car it clicks and then cycling the key back to start a few times it starts. Then After I shut it off it start fine like normal one turn and the car cranks, but sometimes it does as described above where it click then eventually after clicking a few times it cranks then starts. I do wait for the immo light to come off before I start it. Does anyone know what the issue is? If its a grounding or wiring issue? Help is appreciated as I need this car to go to work. I actually want to enjoy driving this car since the auto transmission was slipping and dying. Also have a P1298 for ELD Voltage high and Primary and Secondary O2 Circuit malfunction.

Could be excessive resistance in the wiring somewhere like a bad connection that intermittently doesn't allow proper current flow to the starter. Either the main battery 12V supply wire or the ignition switched solenoid 12V. It could also be the starter itself or a main relay.
