Default 2006 Honda Civic hybrid problem

I have a 2006 Civic 1.3L and recently the IMA light and the check engine light plus brake system warning lights came on and then the gear won't shift from park, after sitting for a while it starts but this keeps occurring. The error I get from my portable Scanner I am getting P16d6 and at intervals it comes with P060a, P16d5, C1555 and U0100. Please has anyone had this issue too?

More than likely a failed PCM.

Yeah, typically in Honda speak PCM means automatic transmission as powertrain control includes the transmission. Manual transmissions are usually ECU as only the engine is controlled. Semantics really.

Okay thank you so much.
So I ordered the part on ebay but what I got wasn't what I was expecting, the attached photo is what I got and I don't think it is the right thing?
ECM should be the one under the hood by the battery and coolant overflow from my understanding

Probably correct? What is the part number on it? Should have a sticker.

So I got an ECM from ebay and had it reprogrammed to the the vehicle and it started alright but the battery and IMA lights are on and the IMA seems not to be working i.e. charging or discharging, nothing shows on the guage as shown in the picture before. The technician says it is a hard code and can't clear.

Please does anyone know what the issue could be now? I would appreciate your help.
