so i have little bit of issue with my 97 civic dx it has a 99 d16y8 and the ecu is 37280-p28 vtec cpu and the issue im having is when i rev up in neutral to 1500 it wants to bounce all the way till past 2k rpms and after that it runs like a dream so really its making taking off hard i have checked all i can think off
ivac is new
fresh tune up
new tps and map sensor(voltage is correct for tps)\
any ideas
