Type of gas to use in a '18 Accord 1.5L Turbo

Type of gas to use in a '18 Accord 1.5L Turbo
I just bought a 2018 Honda Accord EX with the 1.5L Turbo 4cyl. Is it better to put Midgrade (89 Octane) in, or is regular unleaded (87 octane) okay to use? I'm asking because I'm not sure if having a Turbo requires a higher Octane fuel.
Also I've heard of Top Tier Fuels, like Shell, Chevron, Arco, 76, etc. Would is benefit me to put those in, or would gas from Safeway be okay to use?
