Does the pan from a seat determine the height?

Hello, I was wondering what on a seat determine the height of it? If I put a integra pan seat onto my del sol seat will it still sit as low?

Nope... and it won't bolt into the Del Sol either.

Del sol seats, to me, are already low as it is.
