Wiring 99 EK Si Engine into DX Hatch

Wiring 99 EK Si Engine into DX Hatch
Hey everyone. First thread for me here.
Currently swapping an engine from an auto 99 Si coupe into my manual 99 DX hatch and I'm now dealing with some wiring differences. The hatch had a D15B7 which was blown so I found a 99 Si auto that had a good engine. Am I better off taking the entire harness from the auto car and putting it in the manual hatch? There's a few differences in the intake so I'm trying to lessen the amount of cutting and splicing I need to do.
