Default Need help with break up issue

So I did a b20v swap into a 96 coupe, and it drove fine for the first couple of days but now I’m having this issue where it starts to break up and stutter at 3k and up on accel. And so far I’ve renewed:
spark plugs
plug wires
new dizzy
new tb and tps and map sensor
fuel pump

Im running a chipped p28. it sounds like a fuel delivery issue but I’m not so sure after replacing the d series fuel pump for a walboro 255 thinking that would fix the issue but to no avail.
any help is appreciated or even if you could point me in the right direction

Try a different ECU/ base map. your calibration could be corrupt.

Check the ECU conversion harness for anything pulled from the plugs.

If you had Hondata you could of uploaded a base map from the vault to see if the problem exist in the tune.

yeah I swapped the ecu for a known good chipped p28 and still have the same issue, checked the harness and everything looks good, could it be the FPR. I’m getting a new one today and gonna install it later but just wanted a second opinion
