Hi Everyone

A problem started recently with my CRV... Acceleration from standstill through to the first gear change is excellent, but as soon as I'm cruising steady in any gear above 1st there's no power when I try to accelerate LIGHTLY. This is accompanied by a much louder engine/exhaust tone... Eventually, the acceleration starts to happen and then the sound and the power lag disappears. This problem happens when I gently accelerate from a cruising speed in any gear higher than 1st and at any speed.

Most problems I can find online with this generation is rough shift from 1st to 2nd, which I'm not experiencing.

Anyone have an idea or experienced this before?
