Weird Throttle body situation
hello everyone, i have an interesting story to share...
so not long ago i bought a 1997 ek3 civic ferio with the d15b jdm engine in it, car ran "fine" until a month ago when it threw a tps sensor code, well, i live in an island where everyone wants to profit off you so i couldnt buy the sensor for a logical price and have it to my door and play around in no time, i had to wait a whole month for the sensor to arrive just to discover some, more, issues ...
well , i got the sensor and i put the sensor on and tried adjusting it and i just wont adjust properly, if i set the sensor at closed throttle at 0.45 or 0.50 volts or anything between that range really the wide open side is way off, i tried my best today and i got it to 0.56 volts closed throttle and 4.50 wide open throttle, i put the throttle assembly all together and the car runs but very strangely.
my issue is that the car idles really strangely, before it would idle at 1000 RPM while warm and would not fluctuate that much, now it does that and it fluctuates by a very small amount, not even noticable if you dont stare so i consider that being normal after fiddling with the throttle assembly, next is that when i am cruising and i throw the neutral in , the rpm starts fluctuating like crazy, it firstly drops at about 800RPM and them rises back to 1500RPM and fluctuates between 1000RPM and 1500RPM, until i lets say stop at a stop light and then it idles at 1000RPM.
my guess is that for the neutral gear rolling fluctuation the reason is that i maybe not have bleeded the system correctly after fiddling with the throttle body assembly or that it is being caused by the incorectly adjusted value of closed throttle (0.56V).
now for the high idle that could just be previously badly adjusted idle.
i am not suspecting an iacv issue since that was functioning normaly before and i dont have any fluctuation issues while being static and idling.
i also checked the car for any vacum leaks and i could not find one.
i was wondering if anyone had similar experiences, i was told to make sure that the pongs of the throttle body match the notch of the sensor and they do, also i was told to loosen the screw that sets how low the throttle plate sits and play with that until i get the value i want, i tried but the actual throttle thingy that the cable attaches on wont physicaly move any further.
i hope i get this fixed, i will try playing with it again tomorrow and see what happens.
was just wondering if anyone experienced similar things.
Thanks in advance and any help is appreciated

WOT only needs to be above 4.20v, so I suggest you set the "throttle closed" voltage at .49-50v and see if the idle issues correct themselves. If not, try bleeding the cooling system again.
i will go and get a coolant change since i cant do that at home because i have a straight pipe and my neighbor is a policeman , and see if that fixes the issue, other wise i really dont know what else could it be :/
