Good morning, I have a 4 cyl Honda accord that has misses on every cylinder and running rich. I have replaced or tested everything on the car with no change. It runs so bad that it isn't drivable. The whole thing is a long story however im trying to finish it up for a friend on mine. Her fiancee passed away in the middle of the project and I said I would get it running, however I got it put together and running in less than a week it has never been drivable. I have no idea what I could be overlooking. Thanks in advance for any help. P.S. it is at a shop now and this is the 3rd one and no one else has been able to figure it out yet either.

auto? VTEC? what's the approximate mileage?

mulitiple misfire codes (P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0300)? black smoke? smell of fuel? any other codes stored?

mechanical timing, compression/leakage, spark quality, ignition timing, vacuum leaks, addressed all stored codes? plugs and wires, cap and rotor, primary O2 sensor...?

is it hard to start? does it idle ok, but starts messing up when you try to give it revs? does it act the same cold and at normal temp? how much of it is not stock?
