Default Need some help testing OBD2A power pinouts...

Here is the Honda OBD2A (1996-1998) ECU Pinout diagram. Slots 11 and 24 (Both Yellow/Black) are the power connections on the "A" Connector.

I'm troubleshooting some stuff and trying to figure out if either or both should be under constant power, or under power only when the key is in the ignition and turned on.

On mine, both 11 and 24 only have power when the key is in the On position. Would anyone be able to test theirs to see if power is always on for either slot?

Background - since I gutted my teg a few years back the ECU resets every time I turn the car off. I suspect when I gutted the car I yanked some wires or harness that provided constant power to the ECU. This is making it a bitch to smog the car now because the ready sensors reset every time the car is turned off...

Thank you!

Both Connector A terminal no. 11 and no. 24 only have power with the ignition switch in the ON (II) position.

Thank you for confirming!

Guess I'll ask this follow-up - do you know which terminals have constant power? Or, where did you pull those handy charts from? Those would be pretty helpful in testing the rest of the terminals. Thanks!
