So I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX 2.3L 4cyl Sedan Automatic. I’ve been trying to slowly change parts out here and there and been wanting it to get my car Dyno-Tuned. I’ve installed a MagmaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust, AEM Cold Air Intake, and NGK Wireset. I’ve called a couple places but they’ve told me I can only get it Dyno-Tuned if I have Hondata Installed in my car... is their any recommendations you guys have on what particular item to get in Hondata for my vehicle to get it Dyno-Tuned??? Anything helps! Thank you very much!

 

Unfortunately, you picked a rather difficult vehicle to modify.

I am not sure what dealers told you that your car could be tuned using a Hondata solution, but this would be incorrect. I am unaware of ANY modern tuning solution that works with your application... especially with an AUTOMATIC transmission. If you could find one, an older GReddy E-Manage Ultimate would likely be the only viable choice... allowing you to retain your stock ECU, which is necessary to communicate to your transmission control module.
