Starter solenoid connector broken
I posted this in another forum but idk if it was the right one or not so I thought I would post in this one too so here goes
Got a 98 civ HX. Car was running perfect no progressing issues or trouble starting the car. Well I wanted to do a coolant flush and replace the thermostat. After replacing the thermostat and filling my radiator with distilled water so I could cycle out the old coolant I went to turn my car on and.. nothing.. just a click and a small whining sound. After wondering for a long time what the problem is I decided to go ahead and start trying to take the starter out because I planned on doing a test on it. Well when I unscrewed the 12mm copper nut that holds the positive cable to the starter. If you have an old civic like me you know what I’m talking about but there’s that cable to the right of it that attached to the solenoid with like a rubber hose like thing ( I know that doesn’t make sense) but it basically fell off the solenoid I didn’t have to pull it and it looks like the connector broke off into the solenoid ( or not I can’t really see for sure until I pull the starter completely out) looks like I found my issue is that cable being broken so nothing will connect to the solenoid. I was wondering if anyone knew a part number so I could put a new connector on? Should I bypass it instead? Is that cable connected to the harness or the battery cable..? HELP
Will post pictures of the cable soon.

Sorry for that first post I know I was all over the place. But this is the cable I am referring too. I was at work when I made the first post but now I know that this part of the cable is in fact connected to the engine harness, the break looks clean right at the connector so the wiring isn’t damaged or anything but I need to replace the connector. Does anyone have a part number or can refer me to something to help me get passed this? This is the black/white wire that connects to the starter solenoid
