Try another micro-chipped key?
Replaced the PCM recently?
Large metal objects, key fobs, other immobilizer keys, and other transponders can interfere with the immobilizer signal. If an intermittent program is suspected, remove the ignition key from the key ring.
There are a couple of fuses to check (#6 and #9) but you would have noticed others things not working.
