I swapped a b18b1 from a 95 integra into my 98 d16y7 ek obd2a to obd1 p75 , only has speedo in the cluster and its currently reading RPM as the speedo.. wondering if I have something plugged in wrong or if I need a 98 obd2 distributor to fix this. I've looked for threads regarding this and haven't found any.

Sounds like you have a bad adapter harness at the ECU.
