2013 Honda Civic A/C leak

Hello looking for help. Have a refrigerant leak coming from hose (compression fitting)

connected between compressor and fan. Anyone familiar with this? Thank you

Evac the system, replace the hose, vacuum and refill. Done.

Hoses fail. Little early in my opinion but things happen.
