Hi
I have a 2008 accord. Recently the low engine oil pressure light comes on when I break, go over a hump or take sharp turns (so pretty much when the car is jerked)
also when I am going from the 2nd gear to the 3rd (around 3000rpm) I can hear the engine go on overdrive. Can someone please explain why this us happening.

For the oil light. Have you checked your oil level? Maybe the oil is getting low and the engine is not fully lubricated during sudden movements. That's just a random guess of mine.

 

check oil! you're likely low and it's sloshing around on bumps
