Where is the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor located on a 4 cyl accord?
I have a 2003 accord with the K24A4, I suspect the FTP sensor is bad and I'm looking to replace it. Where is it located? I'd assume either on top of the fuel tank or somewhere in the engine bay? Or perhaps on a charcoal canister under the vehicle?

Found it, just like you described. Do you know what the vacuum line attached to the sensor is for? Is it a reference for atmospheric pressure, taken from inside the cabin?
Also, do you know if the evap canister vent shut valve is a replaceable part? It looked pretty integrated to the canister to me, but maybe I didn't understand how the unit was put together.

Perfect, that's exactly the info I needed. Thanks
Hopefully I won't need to replace that vent valve, but I'm waiting on the evap system monitor to set to ready or to fail so I can see if my initial repair worked.

How does the canister vent shut valve work? I removed mine and checked the resistance across the 2 pins and it came out to 20-ish ohms. I applied 12v and ground to the pins to see if I could hear the valve shut and open, but the wires got red hot and now the 2 pins only have .2 ohms across them. I'm guessing I fried something inside, but why and how? I thought it would work on 12v like everything else on the vehicle.
