Default Would running catless cause little black dots on the back of the car?

I did a leakdown test, and I'm at a tad under 20%, so it's within spec but I'm thinking it might need rings at some point. I also don't have a cat tho. The black specks smear with my finger.... so is htis a cat problem or a ring problem?

the blacks dots im assuming is oil
if the level is going down thats more than likely where its going
its a sign of worn rings

if you had a cat you wouldnt see the dots in the back because it would all get caught in the cat but with enough time it would clog it

this is just my guess based off the info you gave thou
