The lower right side exhaust manifold stud has come out, however it doesnt seem that there were metal shavings or threads on the stud, possible it being so old (1997) its time for new ones? Worst case scenerio, would i have to heli coil the stud? Or is there a better method? Motor is fully built with a precision 58/58 turbo,

 

If it will screw back in and pull torque, send it. If not, you may have to repair the hole. I would use a "TimeSert" instead of a "Helicoil".

I had to heli coil 4 studs znd they are very strong. I reset timing no damage was done from the wrench to cam gear incident, lol. Getting ready to hit the dyno to turn it up to 20-22lb boost. Im looking forward to it!
