TÜV approved headlight assemblies?

TÜV approved headlight assemblies?
Hello!
I'm looking to change the headlight (and read lights') assemblies of my 2002 Civic (sedan). Problem is, I'm in the EU so they have to be TÜV (or ECE?) approved to pass inspection.
Does anyone have a clue where I might be able to find them? Preferably in the EU as shipping from the US costs a fortune.
Particularly, I'm looking for an assembly with a black housing and clear lens.

These don't seem to be ECE approved though.
