Default Help! B20B Swap in 91 EF, won’t crank

First off, I would love to thank everyone here. I figured out most of this swap. Currently running into a few things.

The car won’t crank, I have a High Comp. B20B, P75 ECU, and I’m using a 91 CRX Harness.

I jumped the ECU OBO2a, jumped to 1, with extension to 0. I was going to do a CFK bypass but I’m not sure if it will work, since the harness doesn’t have it or am I wrong?

I also have it all hooked up, it looks like the ECU is working since fuel was pushed through and oil. The check engine light turned off and I did a cycle through. I have all grounds, And hoses are hooked up and relocated the battery to the back for space.

Any ideas?

Also I have a Cable to Hydro Conversion kit installed. I’m not sure if the push rod is pushing the clutch level.

I was going to attempt to see how far back I can get it to push.

Might need more info before anyone could do more than guess. Does the starter click? You say you have fuel: have you checked pressure and if so, where? How does the oil indicate a good ecu? How was the battery relocate done (wire gauge/length, new ground point location)? Have you checked continuity on all grounds and made sure they are clean?

Edit: forgot the most important thing: is the clutch safety switch verified working?

I think its the starter after I just checked it, it won't click and I tried to manually wire it and nothing shut up. I checked the fuel pressure through the fuel Filter, I losen the bolt and Gas came through, I assumed the ECU told it to do that, since it was recently replaced...Also the check Engine light turned off when I switched the key. I did check the grounds they are 12 Gauge Wires and they are from engine to Chassis.

The Battery Relocation, I bought a kit and the ground is direct to chassis as well, everything lights up.
